3. How do I pay for the services?
We accept e-transfer or cash. For our regular walking clients, payment is due at the start of the month, for the month. Cat sitting clients pay the full amount at the start of the service. Receipts will be issued when we receive payment.
4. How are our keys stored?
Your home security is very important to us. For this reason all keys are stored in a locked key rack and assigned a unique code so that others cannot identify whose key it is. In the future, we may even be able to help you if you are locked out!
5. Will you visit and walk my dog in poor weather?
Rain, snow, or shine we will be at your home to look after your pet! The amount of time spent outside will be shortened in extreme temperatures. In this case the remaining time will be spent playing inside. Due to the inclement weather we sometimes get, please leave a towel at the front door to wipe muddy paws.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made by phone. If you do cancel via email please do not assume we have received it unless we reply and confirm the cancellation.
For Dog walking services please give us at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel. If walking services are canceled less than 24 hours in advance you will pay in full for services that would have been rendered.
Cat sitting services must be canceled at least 3 days prior to service commencement. Less than 72 hours notice will result in services being paid in full.
7. What are your holiday rates?
We do not usually walk on holidays. In the event you require a walk please note that we charge an extra fee of $10/service on all major statutory holidays: Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day. We are closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.

8. Where do you walk my dog?
The walks start from your front step and continue around the neighborhood. If there are parks near your home we will visit those.
If your question has not been answered here, don’t hesitate to give us a call at 587-707-1069! We may be out of the office looking after your fantastic pets but will return your call as soon as possible.
